Partner terms

How commission works, when you're paid and what counts.

Commission
10% of the agency's first month of fees, then 3% for months 2 to 12.
What counts
Service fees paid to Brand & Brains. Client ad spend and third-party costs don't count.
When you're paid
Monthly, after the agency's payment has cleared.
Credit window
The referral is yours if the agency signs within 90 days of your introduction.
First introduction wins
One referrer per agency, by the date we receive the introduction. Existing clients don't qualify.
If an agency leaves
Commission stops when the agency stops paying.
Pilot terms
Pilot referrals keep these terms for their full period, even if public terms change at launch.

What does "pilot" mean for me?

We're running the program with a small group of founding partners before opening it publicly in December 2026. Everything you refer during the pilot keeps pilot terms, and your feedback shapes the launch.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. You make a warm introduction. Our Agency Partner Manager handles the conversation, scoping, onboarding and the relationship from there.

Will I know what happens with my introduction?

Yes. We keep you updated from the first call to signing, and send a monthly statement of what you've earned.

What do referred agencies get?

White-label paid ads, SEO, content, web and app development, and AI automation, all delivered under the agency's own brand.

Is this the same as reselling AI Workforce?

No. Referring needs no delivery from you. Reselling is for agencies that rebrand our AI agents for their own clients. Learn about AI Workforce
